The day before yesterday, on my way home from work, I saw this funny looking car turn from Marshall Avenue onto southbound Fairview Avenue. I didn’t look like a model I had seen before, and I ended up right behind it just before it turned off onto one of the Mac/Groveland neighborhood streets. It turned out to be an electric car. Of course, no one would want an electric car, just ask all the unemployed factory workers in Detroit.
I looked for it today and found the following information on the vehicle I saw:
- ZENN Motor Company (Manufacturer)
- Cushman Motor Company (Local dealer)
- Wikipedia article on ZENN (Zero Emission, No Noise)
I want one; especially if they do another deal with big discounts that expired on July 31st. It would be perfect for commuting to and from work over the surface streets.
