What makes your screen cursor work?

How does the cursor arrow in the screen of the computer work when you move the mouse?  Haven’t you ever wondered?  Now, through the miracle of high technology, we can see how it is done.  With the aid of a screen magnifying lens the mechanism becomes apparent.

Be sure to move your mouse.  Then move your mouse in rapid circle.  Then stop quickly.  Note too the sound effects.
