‘Twas the Night Before Christmas

Once upon a time, there was a singing group called Fred Waring and the Pennsylvanians… in 1955 they released an album called “‘Twas The Night Before Christmas” that had some really fun versions of; Jingle Bells, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, and ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, on one side and sacred selections on the flip side; but it has never been released on CD.

In 1995, they released the album on a cassette tape, but the dub I have on tape from the record is so old that I can’t even make a really bad copy to MP3.

Hey Decca/MCA… how about rereleasing this great album so we can all enjoy it again!

My family also had this album. I would love to have it next Christmas to give as gifts to my sisters and brother. Just looking at the cover brings back many great memories.
