I’m getting the feeling that the rest of the non-IT world is getting tired with the offshore-outsourcing trend. People appear to be getting tired of dealing with corporations that only care about the money. The rise of truly crappy customer service appears to be pissing people off, and they are blaming companies for putting the function overseas.
And Software Development Magazine has a cover story this month titled, "Offshore Uproar: Has this trend sprung a leak?"
My guess is yes.
