Tipping Point

Notes on Malcom Gladwell’s book.

• I think that the title would have been better if it had been, “flash point,” or “critical mass,” or “the straw.”  I kept getting a picture of one of those stupid tipping birds (Dunking ducky) in my head.
• 85:0 Happens in meetings all the time
• 98:1 Overwhelmed by people clamoring for our attention
• 163:1 True, especially when you observe your friends in different environments
