Find documents that contain a text string

I needed to find the string “set-aside” in all the old PowerPoint presentations that I had to find a chart that I knew existed.  I had our current resident expert, Eric FJ, help me find the incantation I was looking for.  Starting from my current base directory where the tree of documents existed:

grep -R 'set-aside' .
