    When using the :before modifier in cascading style sheets, code the content values in Unicode. The string"\00A0\00A0\2500\00A0" produces two non-breaking spaces, an em-dash and a following non-breaking space for use on citations for example: "Anonymous" when using a standards compliant browser, Opera, Netscape or Mozilla, but not Internet Explorer.
