After a mishap last Sunday, Jill got excited playing cribbage with our friend Dick Jordan and knocked over her glass of wine into my Macbook Pro, the Genius bar came to the rescue. I was honest with the guy about what happened, and he said he understood how that might happen, and comped the repair. Of course I was resigned to having to pay for the whole thing myself as my insurance agent said that it would not be covered by homeowners, so this was a pleasant surprise.
I dropped it off on Tuesday, he promised it would be done in a week, and they called on Friday to say it was done… come on in and pick it up.
Now that is customer service that builds brand loyalty.
