By looking at my log for my Weight Watchers ActiveLink and comparing it to my activity as recorded by the goofy pedometer I’ve been wearing for the 10,000 steps challenge at work, it appears that five Weight Watchers activity points is about 10,000 steps, or 2,000 steps per point. But that doesn’t always hold, because if I take the number of steps calculated for the week I earned 95 activity points, 7-13 May, when I recorded 118,781 steps, the calculation comes out to 1,250 steps per point.
I’ll be glad when the challenge is done, and I can just wear one piece of hardware to tell me that I’m active enough.
